Use of Service

KlaroPH provides a personal finance dashboard and tools to help you track income, expenses, and goals. The service is intended for personal use. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use KlaroPH.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. KlaroPH provides tools for tracking and visualization only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or projections, and the service is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KlaroPH and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Subscription & Billing

KlaroPH may offer a free tier and a paid Pro plan. If you subscribe to the Pro plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the upgrade and billing flows in the app. Refunds are subject to our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to KlaroPH if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; we may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of KlaroPH after changes constitutes acceptance.
